Fresh Cornish Milk from our own dairy herd, pasteurised on the farm.
Our milk is non-homogenised as nature intended, so the cream always rises to the top, as it did in the old days.
Semi-skimmed milk is simply half the butterfat of our whole milk.
Our semi-skimmed milk is around 2% butterfat.
The price includes a £1 deposit for the glass bottle which is refunded if you return it.
