Delivery Information

Next-day Courier Service
We deliver by courier to addresses in the UK mainland where there is a next-day delivery service.
Sorry we don’t yet deliver to the Highlands or Islands of the UK or Northern Ireland.
Courier deliveries are on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Delivery charge is £15, or £7.50 if you spend over £50.

Packaging
To keep your order in perfect condition, we pack it in a temperature controlled box with ice packs.
This will keep your order chilled for a minimum of 48 hours and will ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
99.9% of all our parcels are delivered within 24 hours of leaving our fridges here in Cornwall. In the unlikely event your parcel is delayed, it will be delivered the following day. We cannot provide refunds for delayed parcels unless the quality of the product has been compromised and cannot be consumed. If your parcel is damaged in any way, please email us a photo of the box with the delivery label clearly shown.

Click and Collect Service
This free service allows you to order your items from the online shop and have them prepared and packed for you.
Please go to the order collection point on arrival at the farm shop and someone will bring your order out to you.

Local Deliveries
We have a small local delivery round in the TR12 and TR13 postcode areas.
Please contact us if you would like to receive a weekly delivery of our products.

To reserve an available delivery or collection slot you need to login and then go to the delivery page. If you are a new customer you will need to register.
